Printable planner
Create a free printable study planner PDF
A printable plan can keep the week visible without another notification. My Study Plan creates a personalised print layout in your browser, ready to save as a PDF or put on paper.
What the PDF includes
The print layout contains your plan title, selected date range, subject priorities, weekly timetable and individual daily sessions. It also leaves space for notes and catch-up work.
How to create it
- Choose how much time you can study each day.
- Add your subjects and rate their importance.
- Select a start and end date.
- Choose session and break lengths.
- Protect any complete days off.
When the calendar is ready, select PDF. Your browser opens its print controls; choose “Save as PDF” for a digital copy or select a printer for paper.
Privacy note: the printable plan is generated on your device. Review subject names before printing or sharing, especially when using a shared computer or printer.
PDF or calendar file?
Use PDF when you want a weekly overview to print, annotate or keep beside your desk. Use the calendar file when you want reminders and sessions placed alongside your other commitments. You can download both.
Keep the range short
A one- or two-week PDF stays relevant and gives you a natural review point. Generate another after priorities or deadlines change instead of treating one document as the plan for an entire term.
