These terms apply when you use mystudyplan.site and the My Study Plan timetable generator, operated by Reefwatch. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
What the service provides
My Study Plan is a free, automated planning aid. It uses the answers you provide and a rules-based scheduling system to produce a suggested study timetable. It does not use a teacher, tutor or generative AI to review your individual circumstances.
No guarantee of results
A generated plan cannot guarantee grades, exam results, admission decisions or improvements in wellbeing. Check it against your syllabus, exam board information, school guidance, deadlines and existing commitments. Shorten or stop sessions if the plan is not realistic for you.
Not professional advice
The site does not provide medical, psychological, legal or individually tailored academic advice. Speak with a teacher, parent, tutor or qualified professional when you need personal support. The focus-friendly and dyslexia-friendly options are interface and scheduling preferences, not treatment or diagnosis.
Acceptable use
You may use the planner for personal and educational planning. Do not interfere with the site, attempt to bypass technical protections, introduce malicious code, use automated traffic to inflate measurements, or use the service in a way that breaks applicable law or another person's rights.
Your information and exports
You are responsible for the information you enter and for checking downloaded PDF and calendar files before using or sharing them. Avoid entering confidential or sensitive personal information. Planner data is stored locally in your browser as described in our Privacy Policy.
Availability and changes
We may correct, update, suspend or withdraw any part of the site. We aim to keep it available and accurate, but uninterrupted access and error-free exports are not guaranteed. Keep a copy of any plan you rely on.
Intellectual property
The site design, original written content and planner software belong to Reefwatch or its licensors. You retain responsibility for the information you enter. You may use and print your generated timetable for personal or educational purposes.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reefwatch is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits any mandatory consumer rights.
External services and links
The site may link to third-party services or resources. Their content, availability and privacy practices are controlled by their operators, not Reefwatch.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malta, without removing any mandatory rights you have under the laws that apply where you live. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear disputes.
